1. ELIGIBILITY: The “Fanaply Festival VIP Upgrade” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) administered and sponsored by FanOP Entertainment, Inc D/B/A Fanaply (the “Sponsor”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, have General Admission tickets to Warped Tour for the respective date of the eligible VIP upgrade and that have access to the Internet at all times during each Sweepstakes Period and prize-award period unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.  All employees of Sponsor, and its respective partners, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, and prize suppliers (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), and their respective employees, agents, directors, or officers (including members of their immediate family - i.e., spouse, mother(s), father(s), in-laws, grandmother(s), grandfather(s), brother(s), sister(s), and children) and those living in the same household of Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.  All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Terms.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

The Sweepstakes entry period for November 15, 2025 begins at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends on November 15, 2025 at 2:59:59 PM ET and the Sweepstakes entry period for November 16, 2025 begins at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends on November 16, 2025 at 2:59:59 PM ET (each, a “Sweepstakes Period”). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and received during each Sweepstakes Period.

Enter the Sweepstakes by either (1) completing challenges in the “Win at Warped” section of the Vans Warped Tour in Orlando, FL (the “Festival”) mobile app to earn coins redeemable for Prize entries or (2) the alternative method of entry set forth herein.

Potential daily Prize winners will be selected through a random drawing held at 4:00 PM ET on November 15 and November 16, 2025. Drawings will include only entries received during each Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that time.

Each potential winner will be notified by email to the address provided with their entry within one (1) hour of the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions regarding all Sweepstakes matters are final and binding. Winners must be validated and meet all eligibility requirements. Upon confirmation, the Sponsor will provide instructions on when and where to collect the Prize inside the Festival venue.

Each winner will receive one (1) pair of VIP passes (two passes total) (the “Prize”) to the Festival on the day of their selection—either November 15 or November 16, 2025. Approximate Retail Value of each Prize: $779.96 USD.

A total of twelve (12) Prizes will be awarded: six (6) pairs of VIP passes per day. Prizes will be delivered at 5PM ET on November 15 and November 16, 2025, via email to the winning entrant.

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners must already hold a valid ticket to the Festival to be eligible. Travel and lodging are not included.

All expenses not explicitly stated as part of the Prize—including but not limited to travel, accommodations, meals, souvenirs, and parking—are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winners must also agree to and comply with the Festival’s ticketing terms and conditions, available at: https://www.vanswarpedtour.com/terms-of-use, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or venue/Festival personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue/Festival policy or law, or may bring Festival Entities (as defined below) into disrepute. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Festival. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming Festival tickets, you agree to Festival tickets Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event. Should the event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner based on the estimated retail value of the Prize as set forth herein.  Winners are solely responsible for any and all costs and expenses related to a Prize, the acceptance of a Prize, and/or the use of a Prize in any manner not specified in either these Rules or the terms, conditions, or restrictions applicable to such Prize.  Winners may be issued an IRS Form-1099 for all Prizes won from the Sweepstakes where the aggregate value of all such Prizes is $600 or more.

You may also enter the Sweepstakes by clicking on the alternate method of entry link found in the email you received or go to https://2025.fanaply.com/warpedorlandoeventamoe and complete the registration form.  Entrant must be a registered user of the email account from which the entry is made.  Entrant must be the registered user of the email account that received the Promotion email. Entrants may submit up to ten (10) entries for VIP upgrades each day.

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  If the Sweepstakes is terminated Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine the winners from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time of such action using the procedure outlined above.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or those of any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including reasonable outside attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

By accepting a Prize, each winner agrees to the extent allowable under applicable law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor Affiliates, and Live Nation Worldwide, Inc., Insomniac Holdings, LLC., Country Nation, LLC, and their landlords and licensors, if any, related to the Festival (“Festival Entities”) and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively “Released Parties”) from any and all liability or any injury, loss, damage, claim or right of action of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize won. Released Parties are not responsible for:  (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.  If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is reasonably possible.  No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded.

The personal information collected through the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.fanaply.com/privacy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above privacy policy.

Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the Festival, the entries, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the courts in the State of New York, US; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes or participating in the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participation hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules (whether in the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
